Traineeship Information

What is a traineeship?

Traineeships vary depending on the Certificate level you aim for.

Traineeships concentrate on the practical side of learning rather than big blocks of theoretical training.  Traineeships are designed to support your learning while you work, and can be acheived through either Full time, Part time or School-Based arrangements.

After being hired by an employer, work will proceed as normal.  You will be learning practical skills related to your workplace and the industry you are in.

KASE Enterprises job is to train and assess the Trainee.

Our trainers are there to impart practical knowledge and gems of wisdom from their own industry experience and to impart their knowledge of practical skills from the experience they have had.

The frequency of our visits depends upon availability of the Trainee and assessor.

Written tests and Observations may be conducted depending upon the Competency being assessed.

This method of training continues until the Trainee completes all the Competencies required to receive your qualification.  You may take the whole traineeship length to be deemed as competent, or depending upon progression it may be completed much earlier, the onus is on the Trainee!
